Funding

After your offer is made and accepted, you will be under contract to purchase your investment property. If you are a cash investor with funds in the bank, you will proceed immediately to our virtual closing room where will be able to track the process. If you are like most investors, however, you will need to fund your investment with the proceeds of a loan. Out Estate Investments has already anticipated this need, and provides your loan processing for you. We will shop your investment scenario to several lenders to find the best possible terms for your deal. We have a network of relationships with lenders across the country and are given consideration for the high volume of loans we deliver.
